Physical, occupational and speech therapists provide:

• Home rehabilitation services
• Development of disease management programs to meet the needs of patients and their families

Certified home health aides provide:

• Assistance with personal care, which include bathing, dressing, shaving, etc.
• Assistance with therapy programs along with nurses and therapists

Medical social workers provide:

• Counsel to patients and families regarding emotional difficulties related to illness and the resulting financial burdens.

Steward Home Care Private Pay Services 

Our Helping Hands at Home program is a private home care program designed to assist people with tasks of daily living that are difficult for them to perform.
