Our Philosophy
The team believes in avoiding surgery whenever possible, but should surgery be needed, the Center offers some of the most advanced diagnostic and surgical, microsurgical and minimally invasive procedures available in the Boston area.  These are performed by highly skilled neurosurgeons in a new, specialized, state-of-the art surgical suite.

Treatment often includes specialized rehabilitation and physical therapy, carried out by highly trained professionals.

Same day appointments with a Spine Center specialist and a Pain Management specialist; and,
If needed, “fast track” an appointment with our Pain Clinic.
