However, at St. Elizabeth’s, patient care isn’t limited to exceptional medical care and doesn’t start when you walk in the doors or end when you head home. Patient Care is about the compassion with which you and your family are treated.  It starts with our pledge to get you or your family here easily with the help of pre-registration and convenient valet parking.  It continues when you walk in our doors and can easily find your way around; when courteous staff greet you.  When you and your family are kept informed about your medical procedures and you receive instructions about home care.  When your loved ones are made as comfortable as possible in nicely appointed waiting areas with free wireless Internet access.
