John Holiver, President
Mr. Holiver leads the hospital in implementing its strategic plan, with the goals of determining community need, service line development and maximizing health outcomes and patient satisfaction.

William Fleming, Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Fleming is responsible for day-to-day operations of the hospital, including Support and Clinical Services, as well as new construction and renovation programs.

Kathleen Davidson, RN, MS, MBA, Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Nursing
Ms. Davidson is responsible for Patient Care Services and its attendant departments, including Nursing, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation Services, Respiratory Therapy, Neurology, and Cardiology.

Stephen E. Burke,CPA, Executive Director, Finance
Mr. Burke is responsible for financial matters relating to strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting and for day-to-day operations of financial services and related support departments.

 

Wayne DodwellDirector of Business Development
Mr. Dodwell is responsible for identifying and supporting the implementation of key business objectives that support the overall growth and development of Norwood Hospital and its medical staff.

Mary Wallan, Director of Communications
Ms.Wallan’s responsibilities include public relations, media relations, and marketing initiatives, as well as the internal and external hospital publications. 

Debra Blyth-Wilk, JD, RN, CPHQ, Director of Quality and Patient Safety
Ms. Blyth-Wilk holds a key role in our quality effort, measuring patient outcomes and overseeing hospital involvement in national quality initiatives. She also oversees regulatory compliance and serves as the liaison with external agencies. 

Matthew H. Lowry, MD, FCCP, Vice President of Medical Affairs
Dr. Lowry is responsible for medical care, medical staff affairs, patient safety and quality. 

 

Heather Nelson, PhD, MPH, Director of Community Benefits
Dr. Nelson is responsible for community partnerships at Norwood Hospital and also serves as regional director of Community Health for Greater Boston for Steward Health Care .
