Tuition and Fees
2011-2012 Academic Year
The estimated costs for the academic year 2011-2012 are as follows:
Application Fee $ 50 Associate and certificate programs
$ 40 Bachelor of Science in Nursing
$ 125 International students
Tuition Deposit $200 (non-refundable paid at time of admission), $100 of which is applied to tuition.
Tuition for the Associate in Science Degree and certificate programs:
$650 per credit General Education courses and HCOP courses
$805 per credit Professional Education courses
Tuition is paid on a per credit basis, however, $25,495 is the comparable yearly tuition for first time, full-time students.
Tuition for the NDT Distance Learning Certificate Program: $8,000. Full amount is due upon initial registration.
Tuition for Coding Certificate Program: $388 per credit
Tuition for HIT Certificate Program:
$388 per credit for Coding Certificate courses
$444 per credit for HIT Professional courses
Tuition for BSN Program: $1,495 per course
Academic user fee: $30
Course fees: $250 charged for each laboratory course and professional course
Simulation Laboratory fee $120
Estimated cost of books and supplies vary with each program, but generally average between $400 and $1,000 per year.
Kaplan fees: $112.50 for Nursing 100, $150 for Nursing 102, $200 for Nursing 200, and $375 for Nursing 202 (Prices are set by Kaplan and are subject to change)
Graduation fee: $100 will be charged when graduation application form is returned.
Payment plan fee: $175 will be assessed each term, if selected. If all payments are received on time, $100 of the $175 fee will be refunded to your student account.
Health insurance: Required by Massachusetts state law. Information on cost is available from the Office of Student Affairs.
At registration, matriculated students must complete the tuition calculation and payment options form and financial responsibility statement.
Non-matriculated students: Payment in full at registration.
Costs subject to change at the discretion of the college.
Refund Policy
A refund calculation will be based on the student’s last date of attendance, as verified by the
Registrar’s Office, based on information provided by the course instructor. Tuition will be credited
to your student account when you drop a course or withdraw from the college based on the
following schedules. Appropriate refund calculations will be made for students enrolled in a
two-term course. Refer to NDT Program for withdrawal policy.

NDT Distance Learning Certificate Program Withdrawal Policy
Tuition will be prorated as follows:
1ST month – 90%
2nd month – 80%
3rd month – 70%
4th month – 50%
5th month – 25%
